Abu Dhabi (AD) Ports and CMA CGM declared a new terminal at Khalifa Port

  • The AD ports and CMA CGM signed a 35-year concession agreement to establish a new terminal at Khalifa Port.
  • The project is worth AED 570 million ($154 million) and will be handover in 2024 with a quay length of 800m and an estimated annual capacity of 1.8 million TEUs in phase 1.
  • AD Ports group will build,200m of quay wall, a 3,800m breakwater, a fully built-out rail platform, and 700,000sqm of the terminal yard.
