Egypt invested EGP 4.4 trillion (USD 280 billion) in projects between July 2014 and June 2021

The petroleum and mineral wealth sector saw the highest implemented projects, to $76 billion.

The electricity sector saw a total of EGP 403 billion in projects ($25 billion).

The housing sector and the development of slums investment amounted to $14 billion.

The transport sector saw projects investment worth $7.4 billion.
