Egypt seeks to improve relations with the World Bank Group for future project assistance

World Bank and Egypt have agreed to work and increase the number of companies working in the field of developing the railway tracks. Egyptian government and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development EBRD has entered agreement to provide 110 Locomotives and received 10 new train locomotives as part of this deal at a cost of 602.05 million the first since 2009 . The French Development Agency is also planning to provide €100 million to fund the project to improve El-Raml station in Alexandria
