FHA extends foreclosure and eviction moratorium through Feb 28th 2021

• Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is providing a 2 month extension of its foreclosure and eviction moratorium, through Sunday Feb 28th, 2021.
• This current extension marks the fourth eviction moratoria extension the FHA has enacted since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
