G7 countries to unveil billions of dollars to keep Ukraine's devastated economy afloat

• The G7 democracies, United States, Japan, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, and Italy are discussing further measures on sanctions to pressure Russia to end the war.
• The G7 officials also cited $18.4 billion of budget support for Ukraine this year, which includes $9.2 billion of recent commitments.
