In 2023, 433 new companies were created in the construction industry, machinery manufacturing, trade, tourism, and financial services.

The number of legal companies also soared to 156, growing confidence in the Moroccan market.

The commercial sector is the most important sector for an economic boost as it generates a large number of jobs and contributes to wealth generation.

The Moroccan government has enforced several programs to promote economic growth which are encouraging foreign investment, enhancing infrastructure, decreasing bureaucracy, and modernizing labor lawmaking.

The country also profited from the opening of its borders to immigration, leading to an increased young entrepreneurial population who have set up their businesses, which drove the country's economic development.
