Non-oil trade between UAE and Cameroon grew by 33% in 10 years

- From 2012 to 2021, the non-oil trade between the UAE and Cameroon grew by 33.5% to Dh1.92 billion.
- Major import items were raw gold and wood of different types, while export items included mineral oils, paint, and iron products.
- Non-oil imports from Cameroon to the UAE in the past 10 years grew by 69% in value to Dh12.6 billion, while non-oil exports grew by 31% to Dh5.6 billion, including Dh3.8 billion in re-exports.
- In the first 9 months of 2022, Non-oil trade between the 2 countries reached Dh1.49 billion, including Dh673 million in imports, Dh297 million in exports, and Dh599 million in re-exports.
