Abu Dhabi registers a year on year increase in housing prices but a slight decline in Dubai

• Abu Dabhi’s housing prices registered year-on-year gains for the second consecutive quarter in more than five years but rents declined 5.7% 
• Year over year, Dubai property prices were down 6.3%, rents were down 1.7%.
