Government to spend $1 trillion for vision 2030

• Saudi Arabia will spend $300 billion on passenger rail networks and an airport in Riyadh, valued at $147 billion.
• 8 new cities at the Red Sea coast to have 1.3 million homes, 3 million square meters of offices, and 100,000 hotel rooms, with total spending of $575 billion
• Additionally, in Riyadh 10,000 homes are to be built by 2023 with 3 million square meters of office space and 12,000 hotel rooms, worth $63 billion.
