Vancouver homes prices soaring despite slow sales

• The total home sales in August increased 3.4% to 3,152 from last year's August 
• New listings fell 30.6% to 4,032 from 5,813 last August and 7.9% to 4,377 in July
• The residential price reached $1,176,600 in August compared same period last year it increased 13.2% and in July it increased 0.1%
