Abu Dhabi reveals $299 million housing initiative for Emiratis

Abu Dhabi unveils a significant housing initiative, delivering over 300 new homes for Emiratis as part of a government drive for quality housing.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi inaugurates the Al Wathba housing project, featuring 347 homes built for AED1.1 billion ($299 million).

Since its inception, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has provided more than 39,000 plots and over 16,000 new homes, with a total value of AED141 billion ($38.4 billion).

The new housing spans 875,000 sq m, incorporating facilities such as commercial spaces, shops, parks, and mosques.

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has sanctioned over 44,000 housing loans and assisted 4,000 beneficiaries with loan exemptions.

The Al Wathba housing project represents a significant stride in the government's continuous effort to offer quality homes, community amenities, and financial assistance to Emiratis in Abu Dhabi.
