Aleph Group launches $953 million Hayyan project in Sharjah

- The leading real estate development company in the Emirate of Sharjah, Alef Group launched its new project, "Hayyan" under the theme, "Making Homes Human".
- It's valued at AED3.5 billion, the uniquely crafted natural villa community spreads over an area of 8.7 million square feet (sq. ft.), which includes 1,836 villa units, spread across three different zones, and expected to be handed over in the second half of 2025.
- The project’s first phase will see 268 villa units established in the neighborhood of Arim which will contain a total of 727 villa units, with the remaining units expected to be released during the second and third phases.
- The residential units in the project include 6 distinct interior designs, from seven-bedroom mansions to two-bedroom family homes, and each unit contains exceptional facilities and amenities, with optional design features and finishes for interior and exterior spaces.
- The project includes the emirate's biggest swimming pool, spanning 50,000 sq. ft, with the largest park in a residential community of Sharjah.
