Eurozone construction index shows increase from 45.0 in February to 50.1 in March

• Total Activity Index, tracks changes in the total volume of construction activity
• Numbers above 50 indicates growth
• This is the first increase since the pandemic disrupted activity across the eurozone throughout 2020
• Only firms in Germany indicated a fall in new business in March , Italian firms, showed the fastest rise since May 2001.
