GCC building industry to see a growth of 4% in 2023-24

In 2023-24, GCC's building industry is projected to grow by 4% annually as investments in  ESG-related programs and sustainable design processes will intensify.

Organizations understand that real estate may help climate because embodied carbon analysis acquires recognition for operational design, construction strategies, and net zero goals, that confiscate carbon in buildings.

Transforming existing materials and buildings with reuse systems will replace new construction because energy grids remove the embodied carbon related to new construction and will become more significant.

At present, GCC is focusing on low-carbon projects and growth initiatives on reuse and recycling

Renovating buildings save 50-75% of the embodied carbon emissions compared to constructing a new building.
