Germany's residential property prices saw an increase of 13.2% in Q4 2021

- In Q4 2021, Prices for single and 2-family houses grew by 15.9% while prices of condominiums grew by 13.2% in populated rural areas in Germany.
- Germany's seven major cities Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Duesseldorf also registered above-average price increases as prices for single- and two-family houses and condominiums increased by 13%.
- Average residential property prices in Germany grew by 11% year-on-year in 2021 compared to the 7.8% increase in 2020.
