• The price of her lumber framing package for an identically-sized home has more than doubled over the past year from $35,000 to $71,000.
• NAHB wants the government to convince domestic producers to increase output, for easing the lumber shortage.
• It also wants the government to end the Canadian lumber shipment tariff.
