NUCA to offer 23 land plots in New Alamein for investment purposes

98 developers have already applied for 179 feddan of land in the city. Offering will be done under a partnership scheme with the government in coming days Government has already issued 100,000 feddan in past six years with 500 ministerial approvals NUCA aims to increase ministerial approvals from 113 to 120 in 2020 NUCA has also issued 66 ministerial approvals in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) first phase for 4,000 feddans In another initiative, NUCA has approved detailed master plans for 15 new cities with a total area of about 112,958 feddans. These new cities are in the cities of New Mansoura, the NAC, New Borg El-Arab, Al-Warraq, New Alamein, New October, Hadyek October, New Malawi, New Fashn, and Qena Expansions.
