- The price of single-family homes is rapidly falling compared to the price of apartments.
- In October, the Sweden housing-price index fell by 3% from the previous month, the most vertical drop since June led by disconnected houses, which are vulnerable due to high electricity prices.
- The Swedish central bank is getting ready to declare its next move to tackle soaring inflation which is expected to increase its policy rate by 75 basis points at a meeting on Nov. 23, after a full percentage-point hike in September.
