US single-family home prices saw a 5.3% year-over-year rise in Q3, surpassing Q2's revised 2.9% annual growth rate.

During Q3, there was a 2.0% seasonally adjusted quarterly increase in home prices, a slight deceleration from the 2.1% growth seen in Q2.
