Saudi Arabia inked a $10 billion agreement to develop the infrastructure of 11 cities

  • Saudi Arabia‘s Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRA) signed an agreement worth more than SR40 billion ($10 billion), to develop the infrastructure of 11 cities around the Kingdom.
  • The agreement will provide over 150,000 housing units, different in size and design, in 11 cities with a population capacity of 750,000 people.
  • The agreement also included financing and developing a project portfolio between MOMRA and the National Housing Company (NHC).
