Saudi's National Housing Company (NHC) launched its new residential suburb, Al Fursan, in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia’s NHC launched its largest new residential suburb, Al Fursan, in the northeast of Riyadh and also launched the 2nd phase of The Khuzam Suburb.

 Al Fursan features over 50,000 residential of various types and is over 5 million sq m area with over 190 vital facilities and commercial centers surrounded by 6 million sq m green space.

18 investment agreements worth over SR24 billion ($6.4 billion) were signed by NHC and the Ministry of Housing with leading real estate developers for the projects.
