Singapore to supply 9,250 private housing in 2023, the highest in a decade

The Singapore government revealed the (GLS) Government Land Sales program for H2 2023, which includes 8 authorized List sites and 9 private List sites.

In H2 2023, as per the program, the authorized List supply of private homes grew by 26% to 9,250 compared to H1 2023, the highest in a decade.

The sites on the authorized List and private List can produce 8,590 private residential units, 98,250 sq. m of the gross floor area of retail area, and 530 hotel rooms.
