US home prices rose 11.3% between January and February

• The U.S. housing market witnessed 12 straight months of annualized monthly home price increases of over 10% due to which the median home price of all homes in the U.S. has grown by more than $41,000 in one year.
• The median price for single-family and condominium homes rose to $313,530, in the last 6 months, home prices nationally grew by 16.1%, a substantial increase over the previous six-month growth rate of 13.2%.
