In June, new single-family home sales grew annually by 23.8% to a SAAR of 697,000 compared to the June 2022 estimate of 563,000 but 2.5% down the adjusted May rate of 715,000.
The average price of new houses reached $415,400, and in July, the seasonally adjusted estimation of new houses for sale was 432,000.
