Southern sawmills continue to expand in the U.S

• U.S. South to add extra 4 billion board feet of softwood sawmill capacity by 2022.
• Roseburg Forest Products will build a 400 MMBF sawmill in Weldon, NC.
• In Louisiana, Canfor will build a 250 MMBF greenfield sawmill in DeRidder and Interfor plans to reopen a 200 MMBF sawmill in GP Dequincy.
• Hunt and Tolko in partnership to build a 320 MMBF sawmill in Taylor
