Australia's Timberlink Tarpeena to expand with an investment of $90 million

The investment includes a $63 million manufacturing plant that will produce cross-laminated timber (CLT) and glue laminated timber (GLT) for the construction industry. 

The manufacturing facility uses local timber from the Green Triangle pine plantations, which is processed at Timberlink’s adjoining mill. 

The project will complete in September 2023 and will add 70 new jobs at the mill and has attracted a $2-million co-investment from the South Australian government.
