Exports of Indonesian wood products soared to $14.51 billion in 2022

In 2022, export value for wood products surpassed 2021's record of $13.56 billion to reach $14.51 billion; other wood products that made a large contribution were wood panels at $2.86 billion, and furniture worth $2.26 billion.

There is a high demand for Indonesian wood products in eastern European member states; in Bulgaria, Indonesian wood product exports grew by 100%, in Croatia, it grew by 400%, in Lithuania, it grew by 125%, and a massive jump in exports to Slovakia.
