Finland cuts timber trade by 30% from January to July

• The timber trade in Finland from January-July 2022, fell by 30% compared to 2021 and 15% compared to the average of the previous five years.
• Roundwood trade in non-industrial private forests returned to normal levels, but purchase volume fell by 20% compared to 2021, but is 8% above the average of the previous five years.
