Hancock Lumber to obtain Madison Lumber

• Hancock Lumber planned to acquire Madison Lumber Mill, located in New Hampshire before September 30.
• With the acquisition, Hancock Lumber will operate 4 sawmills and will become the largest eastern white pine producer in the US.
