• The House of Representatives of the US Congress developed a draft bill that will prohibit the import of Russian and Belorussian timber and products, and the document was submitted to the House of Representatives on April 7. 
• In 2021, the import of Russian timber products to the USA was $532 million (where plywood accounted for $416 million).
