Vietnam's wood export growth to U.S. reaches $9.5 billion in 2024

Vietnam’s wood and wood products exports reached $9.5 billion by mid-August, up 24% from last year.

Wood products made up $6.5 billion of this total, or 68%.

The U.S. is Vietnam’s largest market for these exports, buying $4.9 billion worth from January to mid-August.

Exports to the U.S. have increased by 26% compared to the previous year.
