West Fraser acquired Spray Lake Sawmills in Cochrane, Alberta

The acquisition was finalized after receiving approval from Canadian regulators and fulfilling customary conditions.

Situated in Cochrane, Alberta, Spray Lake Sawmills specializes in the production of treated wood products, dimensional lumber, and various wood residuals and byproducts.

With an annual lumber capacity of 155 million board feet, Spray Lake Sawmills demonstrates significant production capabilities.

Holding two Forest Management Agreements granted by the Government of Alberta, Spray Lake Sawmills has the authority to manage forests, allowing for an Annual Allowable Cut of 500,000 m³.
