West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. completes Norbord Inc. acquisition

• Marian Lawson and Colleen McMorrow, directors of Norbord, have been appointed to West Fraser’s board of directors.
• As per the transaction, shareholders would receive 0.675 of a common share of West Fraser for each Norbord Share held. 
• West Fraser has received the approval of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to list its shares on the NYSE.
