The Dali's cargo has been fully offloaded, and the ship is expected to be sent overseas for extensive repairs soon.

The ship arrived at Norfolk International Terminal on August 11, with tarps covering the damaged bow.

The Dali requires significant repairs to its starboard bow, which was damaged when a portion of Baltimore's largest bridge collapsed onto the ship.

A recent bill in the US House of Representatives aims to hold the Dali's owners financially responsible for up to 10 times the damage caused by the collision with the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

The Dali's collision with the bridge has made it one of the most notorious ships this year.
