Germany saw relief in port congestion in the past few weeks

- The 60-day average ocean dwell times at the ports of Bremerhaven and Hamburg fell by 20% and by 5% to 7.6 days and 8.3 days respectively compared to August.
- At Antwerpen, the 60-day average ocean dwell time fell week-over-week by 3% to 7.2 days, month-over-month by 4%, and since the peak by 11%.
- The 60-day average ocean dwell times at the Port of Rotterdam dropped by 22% to 6.8 days.
- In the rest of Europe, port congestion continues to stabilize as the 60-day average ocean dwell time dropped week-over-week by 3% to 7.4 days.
- However, the Port of Valencia is facing an increase in port congestion, as the 60-day average dwell time increased monthly by 36% to 10.3 days.
