(EU) European Union starts (WTO) World Trade Organization dispute over China's limitations on trade with Lithuania

  • The dispute involves Chinese limitations on the import and export of goods (including timber) and services to and from Lithuania. 
  • EU argues that the inquired actions are incompatible with several requirements of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994.
