Ministry of Natural Resources to digitize processes of regulating the development of forest projects from March 2022

- The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology ordered that the documents required to regulate any forest development projects starting from March 1, 2022, be fully digitized.
- The list of possibilities for making changes to projects has been expanded while there are currently only 2 reasons for adjustment but the updated document provides 6 reasons for adjustment, and to develop a forest management project, advanced suitable electronic signatures have to be used.
