White House decides to provide support for critical supply chain shortages

• White House will contribute an additional $100 million grant to support state-led construction efforts. 
• The decision aims to establish a complete government effort to monitor and address supply chain challenges
• This program includes plans to develop domestic house building sectors, manufacturing industry as well as mines. 
• The program also includes a USTR “strike force” to protest against unreasonable trade activities
