Canadian home sales down 2% after 4th monthly sales slump

- Canada's largest metropolitan area saw a 2% drop in home sales, the lowest in a year.
- Transactions fell 3.5% and new listing dropped 8% in June and increased national average home prices to 0.3% to $669,200 (US$532,600)
- The decline was in Canada’s major cities, including Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, despite this July’s home sales were above average compared to the last 10 years.
