Dubai’s apartment, villa prices jumped to 27% as demand grows

• Dubai’s villa and apartment rental prices rose 27% and 13% from the 1st quarter and 2nd quarter of 2021, showing a revival of the economy.
• Jumeriah village becomes the only international city to see price hikes at 7% and a decline of 1%.
• Villa prices also increased by 19% in Arabian Ranches and Abu Dhabi saw the biggest fell in rental prices.
