Dubai’s residential prices saw a 6.9% growth since 2015

  • Residential prices rose 6.9% from 2020 to 78,181 UAE dirhams ($21,000) in the third quarter of 2021, a major increase since 2015.
  • The most prominent increase is in the villa segment of the market in which prices grew by 14.1% and the apartment prices went up by only 2.6% from 2020
  • Studio apartments now cost around 36,000 dirhams per annum on average, and 1-bed and 2-bed flats cost around 53,000 dirhams and 76,000 dirhams per year respectively.
