China witnessed its first monthly decline in new home prices since 2015 in September

• The new home prices declined by 0.5% annually in more than half of the 70 cities of China, after adding seasonal adjustments.
• Home investments decreased by 17% yearlong by value in September and 20% in August and in the 3rd quarter of 2021, China's real estate industry's output dropped by 1.6% yearlong since the start of the pandemic.
