First Group began a new residential project of $48 million in Sheikh Zayed City

• Egyptian developer First Group will build new 138 villas worth 750 million pounds ($45 million) in Sheikh Zayed City.
• The project will start in the first quarter of 2022 and finish in 30 months which will be across a 20-acre area.
