US housing market begins to calm down in August

• The number of accepted home offers fell 9% from March 2021 and the percentage of sold high prices homes lowered to 50% from 55% of July 2021 
• The new home listings decline 7% and active home listing dropped to 20%, from 2020.
• The median home price increased by 14% to $358,250 but the offering price of a newly listed home is $353,500 which sank 2% from June 2021.
