First Group to begin a new residential project of $47 million in Sheikh Zayed city

• The First Group Developments plans to build a residential project of EGP 750 Million ($47.7 million)across the 22-feddan area in Sheikh Zayed City.
• The project is expected to build in two years and the company will spend EGP 600 million ($38.2 million) in 2021, to resume existing projects, meet financial obligations, and invest EGP 225 million ($14.3 million) in 2022
