Vancouver home sales plateaued after reaching high in March

• The number of homes listed for Metro Vancouver dropped lowest since 2016 in its third-quarter overview for 2021
• In March, detached home prices increased by 28% to $1,700,200, apartments were up $715,800 and attached homes increased by 10.4% to $872,200.
• In August 2021, the cost for all home types is $1.176 million in which single-family homes is $1.807 million, townhomes are $952,600, apartments is $735,100
