National Housing Company to provide 147,000 housing units to Riyadh

• The National Housing Company (NHC) plans to develop seven major suburbs with an area of over 53 million square meters to supply over 134,000 housing units.
• The company signed 18 agreements in the first half of this year and supplied over 12,000 housing units into the market.
• NHC aims to increase Riyadh’s residential real estate supply with an area beyond 83 million square meters with SR300,000 ($79.987) as a starting price.
