Sixth of October Development and Investment Company (SODIC) to acquire a 123-feddan land for the real estate development

  • SODIC-owned subsidiary Al Yosr will obtain the 123 units of area equal to 1.038 acres for projects and real estate development in west Cairo.
  • The new plot is expected to add around $10billion of total contracted sales to the project's pipeline over the next 6 years
