US New residential home sales up 14% monthly in September

  • United State’s new residential single-family homes sales increased by 14% to a Seasonally Adjusted Annual Rate of 800,000 for September 2021 which is still -17.6% below than September 2020
  • The average sale price of new homes sold in September 2021 was $408,000 and the average selling price was $451,700.
