Aldar to provide the main construction contract for its Aleeman II project in Q1 2022

Abu Dhabi’s Aldar developer will provide the main construction deal for its Alreeman II project which is spread across 2.8 million square meters in Al Shamkha.
The Alreeman II project is estimated at 1.7 billion dirhams ($46 million) for UAE’s citizens.
The project includes the development of 554 residential villas with luxuries of school, retail offerings, parks, mosques, and running and cycling tracks, and the construction is expected to complete in Q4 2024.
